By accessing or using Velyo, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What Velyo provides
Velyo is an emotional check-in and AI companion app designed for private reflection. It may provide AI-generated observations, grounding suggestions, reminders, and summaries based on information you choose to share.
3. Important health and safety limits
Velyo is not medical advice, therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or an emergency service. AI-generated content may be incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances and should not replace advice from a qualified professional.
If you are in crisis, feel unsafe, or may harm yourself or another person, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis or healthcare professional immediately. Do not rely on Velyo for urgent support.
4. Accounts and responsible use
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it. You agree not to misuse Velyo, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, automate abusive requests, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
5. AI-generated content
AI responses are generated from patterns in data and may not reflect facts or professional judgment. You remain responsible for decisions and actions taken after using Velyo. Velyo should not be used to make medical, legal, financial, or other high-stakes decisions.
6. Subscriptions and purchases
When enabled, Velyo Plus subscriptions are processed through Google Play and managed with RevenueCat. Pricing, billing periods, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment methods are governed by Google Play terms and the information shown before purchase.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through your Google Play account before the renewal date. Restoring purchases requires the same eligible store account used for the original purchase.
7. Availability and changes
Velyo may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the service develops. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, but we aim to handle failures without preventing access to available free features.
8. Privacy and termination
Your use of Velyo is also governed by the Privacy Policy. You may stop using Velyo at any time. Access may be limited or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law.
9. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as Velyo evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
